Child Sponsorship
Fill out the Child Sponsorship Registration Form below. Upon completion and submission of the form we will match you to one of the children and send you information about your new sponsored child or if you are interested in a specific child, mention that in the form submission below. After you have completed the registration form you can start sending in your monthly pledge by the first of the month. Make check/money order payable to “Maximum Impact Ministries” and note it for “Child Sponsorship” and addressed it to:
